- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date and time to visit Santa selected at when booking (your tickets will not be valid on any other day).
- Tickets available for purchase on site on the day of visit are subject to availability. Taylor’s Santa Experience accept no responsibility for inconvenience or costs resulting from unavailability of tickets.
- Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided, once payment has been completed.
- We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions that do not cause closure of the site and Visits to Santa.
- Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server via Stripe, with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation not involved with the processing of your payment
- The management of Taylor’s Santa Experience reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
- Please ensure you are on time for your booking, as we may not be able to admit you to the show after 5 minutes of it starting
- Details on this website are kept as accurate as possible, but Taylor’s Santa Experience cannot be held responsible for any errors, subsequent alterations or inconvenience arising from them.
- If transfer to an alternative booking date, following closure due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons, is not possible we will provide a full refund. Such refunds will only be to the credit card which was used to book tickets.
